Body / Glass: vent window and door window ( removal ) on 56 57 58 commanders

Hello friends---- I need to replace a door window---- when doing so, does the vent window have to come out
or be moved at all......if vent has to come out--- does that action necessitate new vent rubber ?

Do all possible to save rubber. No new weatherstrip fits and if you replace it you might never get the window closed again.

Jeffry---- which rubber----there door rubber - which I did buy
there is the fuzzy window channeling
the last the vent window rubber

which "rubber " are you referring to ?

The rubber around the vent window (ventilator). The U-channel will be OK I get it from Restoration Supply. Replacing that really decreases rattles.
