    hi guys
    just been asked a question from a colleague

    I've got a 1952 studebaker starlight coupe , do you know what grade of oil should I use in my air filter that sits on top of carburettor cheers charlie

    Seems like we used plain old 30 weight back in the day. Use the cheapest you can find. It all serves the same purpose.

      The manuals call for 40 or 50 weight in the summer, 20 weight in winter.
      American iron, real old school
      With two tone paint, it sure is cool

      Its got 8 cylinders and uses them all
      With an overdrive that just won't stall

      With a 4 barrel carb and dual exhausts
      With 4.23 gears it can really get lost

      Its got safety belts and I ain't scared
      The brakes are good and the tires are fair.

      Tried to sell her, but got no taker
      I"ll just keep driving my Studebaker
