Frame / Springs: 39 stude id# locations

hi I need help does anyone know if the serial # ID# is stamped anywhere else on a 1939 Studebaker frame my ID plate is missing I would be grateful for any help thx

On the bottom of the frame under the drivers theigh. It is not deeply stamped and we had to sand it to find mine.
