    I would think several Studebaker vendors would have that bolt... DO NOT BUY A BOLT FROM YOUR LOCAL HARDWARE STORE THAT FITS.... believe me, IT WON'T!

      The V8 starter bolts are getting hard to find.
      The use of these shoulder bolts is to locate the starter properly.
      On older cars there was a locating collar on the starter and you do not have to worry about special bolts.
      Did anyone try to use a bushing and a standard shoulder bolt?

        There was a post a year or so back from someone who had made their own by purchasing a very looooooooong bolt with the correct-size unthreaded portion, and then cutting it to size. But a bushing I haven't heard of.
