Hi, my 170 champion 6 engine seems to have nuts that can be turned by a wrench near the bottom. Can the springs be removed this way if i keep loosening these nuts. The nuts are connected to the retainer(shiny and circular below springs) and i already removed the clips with some plyers. Could i possibly push out the top half of the valve and then pull out the spring freely?
