Recently had work done on my 63' Avanti and need to get an electronic igniter to start it up again - whereby eliminating the ECU... A direct coil to distributor unit. Who has it? The original system wiring is a mess with broken wires. I already have the electronic ignition system which was purchased from Myers, but need to get rid of the single pickup prestolite igniter. Thank you for any help!

Check with Dave Thibeault...978-897-3158. He sells not only rebuilt R1 and R2 Prestolite distributors but completely new electronic distributors made for the cars. He may be unavailable at the moment with the International Meet starting in Colorado Springs...assuming he's there.Poet...Mystic...Soldier of Fortune.
