I have a '63 Avanti whose supercharger was taken out. I have purchased a new supercharger to replace it. If I want to sell this 2-owner car, should I invest in putting this supercharger back into the car?

You might get more responses if you were to post your question over on the most popular of all the SDC Forums; General Studebaker - Specific Discussion
In the meanwhile, an answer to your question might be determined by the condition of the rest of your '63 Avanti. IF ...it needs a lot of other work; perhaps selling it "as-is" might be best; IF ...completely 'ready-to-go' by simply installing the supercharger, then do it.

Welcome!
I basically agree with Welcome.
If the Avanti is in fairly good and complete condition and was originally an R2 (supercharged car), it will be worth it to put the supercharger on it.
If you have to pay someone a high labor rate to do much work, you might be better off just including the supercharger with the sale and letting the new owner handle the work.Gary L.
