Clutch / Torque Converter: Truck clutch & brake shoe #'s ?

Does anyone have useable (currently available) part #'s for the clutch and pressure plate for my 1955 C Cab 1/2 ton with the Champion 6 cyl? I also need a good brake shoe # as well.My parts store doesn't have listings that old.
