Yes I believe they can be reground, talk to Phil or one of the other parts vendors.

The R2+ cam is about as radical as can be had right now. Beside, if power is what you're looking for, more lift will provide a little more power as many hi-perf. Stude cams are already up there in duration for a street engine.
