Frame / Springs: leaf springs

My leaf springs are flattened out and need to know what should be the height for the rear end of the car from the ground. There are springs that are adjustable on the current shocks but do not think they should carry the load that they are doing at this point. Correct me if i am wrong.
Has anyone gotten new or rebuilt leaf springs in the Dallas, TX area?
