Can someone tell me the correct spring arch for a 53-55. Someone added an extra leaf to this rig and I'd like to drop it an inch and a half or two.

The number of leaves will not effect the true arch of the spring. You run a straight line between the center of the 2 spring eyes. The distance from the line to the bolt hole in the center of the spring is the true arch. -
Can someone tell me what this distance should be?

5.900" I have measured a number of them and they run between 5.750" and 6.000".Comment

Is this 5.9 for the main leaf alone or for the stack?

Main leaf. But there should be not much more than a 1/4" difference with the pack and the clips that hold some leaves together and bolt.Comment
