Body / Glass: 41-42-46 Champion parking brake to hood release firewall holes

During restoration the hood release hole in my firewall got plugged and painted over. I need to re drill it, but cant tell where it should be.
Can anyone help with some dimensional information:
Size of hood release cable hole in firewall?
Distance above parking brake hole, either centerline of holes, or from top of parking brake hole?
Are the holes on same vertical centerline with each other?

I was able to scrape through the coating and insulation on the backside of the firewall, locate the plugs and carefully drill them out. Thanks again for your offer of help, looks
