In addition to the no Twin Traction Dan Miller noted, what other option would you have expected this police car to have that it apparently did not? (Or if it had said option, it was not noted on the Build Order. ) BPWe've got to quit saying, "How stupid can you be?" Too many people are taking it as a challenge.

I am going to guess the hand throttle was to keep the heater working well so your coffee did not get too cold as you sat behind a billboard...waiting...
