Moved the air scoop back 8 inches and kicked the rear up a bit for additional carb air hat clearance....
Going out for paint (with the trunk lid, and the rear bumper)....

Built new 'race' door handles, and made new inner aluminum door skins.
Used the bead roller to make the scallop.
Looks way better than boring straight lines....

                Primer'ed and painted them tonight.....
                Tomorrow, will install them....

That name is on the 'wife approved' short list...
(Don't know if it will pass the sponsor litmus test, though
                      ...)

                        Back in Black

                        Midnight Madness

                        Something with a Loewy alliteration

                        I like DeepNHock actually

Finished the new panels today, and installed them.
Not bad for a Krylon backyard rattlecan paint job..

A lot of versatility in that-there shop. Nice work.

I like drag cars with Drag, in their name.
                              Drag-on-Lady, Drag-Lark, Drag 'N' Wagon etc.

Remember when the Jack Webb 'Dragnet' series would list the year in their title? 'Dragnet 1967' I don't know if that was due to syndication or not.
But, that made me think of......

                              Dragnet 1953

Really looks good, Jeff. Said it before, say it again, I really like the red.
