Anybody going to do Hot Rod Power Tour but me (in a Studebaker)?

Tomorrow is the beginning of the 2019 edition of Hot Rod Power Tour. I will doing it again in my '65 Cruiser. Is there anybody else you know of that will be doing it in a Studebaker? There were a few, very few, last year and I hope to see more this year. Oh and yes I do realize there will rain the first two or three days, but at least it is not supposed to be hot.

Sounds like a fun time. I'll add it to the to list my car just went in to the shop and will not be done for at least a year. I suspect that it would be 2021 for me.

Looking forward to reading your updates, Joe! Yes, it is on my bucket list as well, but probably not on my Champ. I'll hold out for the smooth comfort of a Stude car...someday...

We made it to 4 of the 7 stops, started out in Sparta on Tuesday, got to spend some time with the owner of the 65 Wagonaire from Tennessee...spent the night in Madison then stopped at SI in Hope on Wednesday morning...Jim gave us a quick tour...then on to Indy. We spent that rainy Thursday at the Auburn Cord Museum, then had a great final day in Norwalk!

    Marc,
I saw you pass through Nashville, Indiana but I didn't get a good look at your car as you passed right by.

I saw only 8 Studebakers in the seven days. Of course with thousands of vehicles participating you can's see all of them. The green '65 wagon was one of them. I spoke to the owner for quite awhile at Bristol. Those of you who were there what were you driving?

It was fun. We did get bounced around a bit on one day with lots of rain and really strong cross winds. Cruiser did fine. Overheated waiting in line to get into the speedway at Sparta. That was my fault as I didn't put the switch for the auxiliary fan in the correct position.
