2019 IM in Ohio

Got the flyer for the 2019 IM in Ohio from Sue(what's happening). Does anyone know if there's a host hotel?

From what I have heard there is NO host hotel.

I just made my reservation at the Fairfield Inn. It's 2 miles from the Fairgrounds.

We got a note hotel list will be available November 1st.

At the zone meet this Sept someone from that chapter spoke to us at the banquet and told us there was no host hotel

I was told one reason it took longer to announce dates was due to the fact that it will be held at a race track and the organizers had to wait for the track to settle on its race dates.

I got a email from Dave Hamblin saying it has been delayed, it will be hopefully Dec 1st or soon after

Jim "Jet" Thompson spoke at our Zone Meet Banquet tonight (Oct 20) stating the date was as stated September 11-14. The email from Dave Hamblin is a bit confusing. What is delayed? The list of the 4 hotels? The Date for the International has changed? Please clarify. Our Zone meet hosted by the Karel Staple Chapter is two weeks after the Mansfield meet. We plan on making September a Studebaker month.

Please hold off on getting reservations, we haven't received any contracts back from the motels we are negotiating rates with. We have oral agreements with some, but no official contracts.
The rates will be substantially lower if you wait .

The 2019 International meet will be held at Richland County Fairgrounds Mansfield Ohio September 11 through 14. There is no host motel.
