Question: On several 60 convertibles I have notices the same hood ornament. Was that an option? I have seen them on 61 larks as well? Does anyone know?

That Lark shaped hood ornament was available '59 - '61 and was the only hood ornament available on the Champ pickup.

Just bought 60V-16356. I still plan to resurrect my 59 hardtop and 60 convertible but got the 2 door sedan that is Showroom condition at I price I couldn't pass up. I'm just a suckered for 59-61 Studebaker Larks.Comment

It was a stock Accessory Rob, on '59-'60's (AC-2976) but for '61 a Wedge shaped Adapter was used with it to fit the flatter Hood with a Dip up in the Center, which rolled the AC Part number to AC-3073 for the "Kit" $5.95 each in 1961.Originally posted by yoyoman View Post
