  • Project A: Rear Suspension Delrin

I have always kept my cars more than 8 years. Somewhere around 6 years, all the bushings were flat or structurally cracked. Whenever available, I replaced with Delrin or a teflon product (cannot remember the name). Ride was harsher, always, but what a "tight" and "precise" ride. Also, never had to do another replacement.

I have seen the traffic on the front suspension and do NOT need more front suspension info.

However, could someone provide URLs, e-mail, telephone numbers on 1963 AVANTI rear suspension delrin?

    thanks!

No rear delrin bushing being made that I know of. Chuck Collins of www.studebakerparts.com sell some delrin for early cars and trucks.
That being said any local machine shop could turn em for you if you came up with good dimensions.
