Oh really? Mine doesn't have any belts. I wonder if my 64 was built in 63 or if it was ordered without them...

Just looked it up, and I was off by two years. Front seat belts were required by the Feds as of January 1, 1966. Several states had required them as early as 1962, and I think I had one of those dates in my mind.
