  • Body / Glass: 1959 2 door wagon rear seat hinges

I am having so much fun trying to put this wagon back together when it was taken apart so long ago and parts and pieces I see are missing!! I cannot see anywhere that the bottom back seat hinge bolts to? I am also missing the back seat top portion hinge that bolts to the body. I see where it bolts to but it is missing. The spare tire cover is missing but I will try and make one I guess.

The bottom "screws" (Phillips head screws) go into the wall that is where the heals of your feet would be. Look at the corners, there should be three threaded holes on each side. They are actually kind of a pain to get to when removing or installing the seat base.

Give Studebaker International a try for the hinges. If I'm not mistaken, they are the same hinge, (upper and lower) from 54 to at least 1960.
If I decide to not use the base of my seat in my wagon, I'll let you know (may be a while).

One problem is the wall you are talking about is gone! I will have to build one if I am going to stay with a back seat. Does anyone have a picture of what that wall looked like that should be under the front of the bottom seat cushion.
