  • Electrical: Neutral safety switch

    Hi guys :

    Getting old and forgetful , can someone tell me where the neutral safety switch is on a 65 Daytona with a v8 automatic . either my eye sight is gone as well as my memory can't seem to find it .Maybe 2r5 can tell me ?????????????

    Look down on the back of the steering column near the firewall

      It should be inside the car on top of the steering column, near the firewall.

        There will be 4 wires to it if the car has back up lights.

          Thanks guys that's what I thought will have to loose 30 lbs so I can squeeze in there , hopefully before season starts .

            Filled in holes

            Hey there thunderations ;
            Did you have a chance to take your door panel off to check the door for 65 moulding holes filled in ?? Just wondering
