  • Hawk taillight assembly question

Does anyone know if there is a page in the manual (I can't find one), that shows an exploded view of the taillight housing assembly and related parts? I (shame shame) forgot to label these when
I disassembled them and now.....looking for correct reassembly.
    Thannks,

Best bet is the chassis parts book, electrical section, or just ask here.

Not many parts in a Hawk tail light -
      - One-piece body, attached to fender with 3 screws
      - 2 lenses, attached with 3 + 2 screws
      - one twin filament bulb (top), one single filament bulb (bottom)
      - 2 gaskets, lens-to-body
At least, there should be 2 gaskets. As luck has it, I looked at mine today (63 Hawk), over the years the gaskets have become hard particles, some stuck to the lenses, some stuck to the bodies and some just loose dust.
3 cables to connect, that's it.
