Interior: 49 to 59 Truck Headliner Bows

I saw a picture several months ago, where they used 3 car bows. I wonder if anyone here knows what car they came out of. It looked Factory I wonder if GT Hawk headliner stainless would work. Comments appreciated.

That's going to be an exercise in measuring and/or trial and error, as I believe none of those trucks had cloth headliners, just cardboard components.

Not sure, but I seem to recall reading that the bows came out of a 90s Thunderbird.

It was a '58 T-Bird, Skip. The front two we used without shortening, the rear bow was shortened but I don't remember by how much. The bows are about 4 1/2 feet long.

Wow, my date was off by a wee bit! But 58 Tbirds are gonna be almost as hard to find in junk yards as Studebakers.

For sure Skip. That 58 Bird was gone the next time I went to the Pic-A-Part. But I would assume any of the late 50's and most of the 60's full size cars would have long enough bows. And the price was right; I paid $1.00 each for the bows. What a deal!
