My 52 Champion OD Wont engage. Now what do I do?

UPDATE!
I replaced the wire harness Now the OD works like new literally its the best Studebaker I own. Kicked ass on the freeway and everything!
Thanks for all the advice and help diagnosing the issues with this car.

Who wants a ride?

I wonder if the wiring in a 2014 car will be working for 60+ years.

Was there a broken wire or were the wires bare and causing issues?

My thoughts exactly. Maybe Edsel's '50 doesn't have OD. Therein might lie the rub.

THE wires were just crap and that was the only issue for my od.
My 50 does have the overdrive the Champion is just way smoother and zippier.

I am going to try and make that show Monday BTW
