I did a similar swap on our 63 Lark 2 dor. I used 16 inch Mustang alloy wheels and I did have to buy some 1 inch spacers. You could get by fine on 3/4 inch spacers, but I just got a great deal on the 1 inch spacers. You need the spacers because the deeper rear offset of the wheels causes them to rub on the upper A arm. I basically used Ford standard lug nuts to secure the spacers and then I bought Jeep Chrome deep Lug nuts to mount the Mustang wheels. Just make sure the thread pattern is the same as Studebaker. Some Loc-tite on the lugs holding the spacers would be a good idea also. I have had very good luck with this set up.
