As you can see above, I did just that. The other mechanic will not be getting any recommendation from me. It's sad though because the business has been here in town since the end of WWII. It was started by the dad who was a well respected mechanic here. His sons seem to be driving the business into the ground because they are stubborn, obstinate, recalcitrant and poor communicators. I guess dad did not teach them well enough. The customer is always right. Especially when the customer is right.
