Cool/Heat: source for the defrost vent boots that go under dash for the 39 CE

I have the rubber boots that fit under that little deflector thingie that throws air from the defrost onto the windshield but they are rough.....does anybody know a source for new ones or something that would serve the same purpose?

This is for my 39 coupe express.
