  • Engine: Firing order

    Hey guys, I'm changing my spark plugs and have to buy new ones. What should I get?I'm asking because I misplaced my shop manual... what is the firing order for a '53 6 cylinder? Spark plug gap, distributer order etc? Thanks - Kelii

    J7's .030" gap. .020" breaker gap. 153624 firing order. Firing at Ign. on the damper.
