  • Motor Mounts

    The '65-'66 mounts are thinner than the '64 and earlier mounts. How much clearence does this really give you? And if anyone has done this, how did this effect ground clearence and crossmember clearence? Thanks!

    Huh ?? Different engines and mounts in 1965-66.

      Apparently the mount is thinner for hood clearence with the Chevrolet engines. Same type of mount, only smaller.

        i think you are mistaken, the mounts are way different, the so called R3 mounts are thinner.
