    Update. It was a bad solenoid. It was less than a year old and so was a warranty item luckily. The kickdown issue was I had an extra wire from the relay to the ignition switch - removed the wire and the kickdown works now too. Thanks for all the help

      Glad you got er going. The more you drive it the more you are gonna love that overdrive setup !
