I have a new nos. door for a Stude that I got with some other parts and I have no idea what it fits. looks to be for a hawk but not sure. it is not for a hardtop. I don't see any part #. Is there a place I should look for any #'s that I didn't already look. Thanks for any help.

The experience I've had was with fenders. Having said that they were ID'd with a small piece of paper, stamped with the part No. glued to the inside of the fender. If the door is from a coupe, a C body, it should fit any C body between '53 and '61 inclusive. After
55 (or was it '56) they didn't have the 'swoop' on them.

Stude Doors
I have three C-body NOS doors. One is 53 - 56 with the scallop. It has a part number hand written on it and it is incorrect. That is how I got it, after I got it I decided to keep it even though it was not what I needed. The vendor got me the corrrect '61 right door and it has a yellow stencil on the inside just below where the arm rest would go, # 1331276. The left '61 door I have does not have the stencil, just a hand written part number on the front door jamb, # 1331277. Email me a photo of what you have, I would be interested in it. jakammer@charter.com.
