Engine: Lionel Stone Accessories

Some time back on the forum there were some comments that John Erb I believe had purchased the Lionel Stone Stude Hi-Po tooling for the various engine pieces. Is there any update on this or anyone know if and when these parts might be available in the future?

John Erb seems to be the distributor to vendors. Not direct sales. If you need certain items check with Dave T.

A while back there was a blurb of John working on a modified R3 intake, using Bondo. I think it was a bit of a spoof (the bond part), but he had it running and it sounded good and seemed to respond real well on acceleration. That's the last I've seen or heard of it. Dave T. would probably have more info on those various items of Lionels. B.V.

I talked to Dave at South Bend and he said he has a lot of orders for the R3 modified to fit regular heads and cannot get them from John. John is too busy apparently with his other projects?
