Transmission / Overdrive: Scraping noise inside tranmission when coasting/decelerating (video)

My 62 GT with the column shift 3 speed makes a terrible scraping noise in the transmission when decelerating or coasting but goes away when the clutch is depressed. The noise is not present during acceleration or under load and it is much more pronounced in 2nd gear especially when downshifting from 3rd to second.

I changed the fluid yesterday but it didnt help.

The video is more for sound than a visual look and it is of me downshifting from 3rd to second. I am applying and releasing the clutch a couple times so you can hear the difference (hopefully).

I wonder if it is the throw-out bearing that is rumbling when it is spinning with no load and when you use the clutch and apply pressure it tightens up?? I am unfamiliar with overdrive operation perhaps there is problem that is engaging part of the over drive unit. Good luck
