does anyone know of a replacement wheel for the 4 lug wheels on 48-49 champions? has anyone tried the 4 lug to 5 lug adapters available?

I have just came across the same situation with our 40 Champion. I bought a 41 Champion running gear with frame that had shredded tires so we borrowed a mix of 4 lug wheels some from a Mustang some white spoke maybe from a dune buggy. At that time I was told most 4 lug are interchangable with the difference in the center hole. So far it has worked for me.
