  • Engine: 170 flat head 2R5

Hey everyone, my brother has a '50 2R5 that had the cab changed at one time and now the serial # (VIN #) on the paperwork doesn't match the cab I.D. plate. He got a repo plate on ebay that they will put the matching serial # on so he can get it registered. What I figured someone here would know is what the certified horsepower @ RPM is. Thats the last info he needs for the plate.

    Thanks!

The title might not have matched the serial number plate originally anyway, because many states used the engine number as a serial number on the title. If the number on the title starts with 1R, they have used the engine number. You can probably get the title changed to use the serial number that is on the ID plate now (R5------)
