So I guess I need Air bags in the rear to do this. I know with just the body lift I can just get the tires off. Granted they are a bit wider than they should be. but it's what i would put on it I think any way.

My brother was telling me I can do bags too he is a Semi truck mechanic and knows of a set i can get to work out really reasonable.

The rear crossmember over the rear axle isn't strong enough to hold the weight of the car. You will need to box it AND weld it to the side rails or it will crack at the rivet points . The cracks will spread to under the bottom plate of the frame. The frame was designed to take the weight at the spring attachment points. When you transfer the weight holding point to the airbags and their attachment points, you will need to re-engineer .
I can post pics of broken frames if you need evidence.

I agree with Bez. I wouldn't want to compromise the integrity of the frame. Not to mention the major expense of this set up as compared to keeping it original. I still think what I stated in post #9, would be the most cost effective and still achieve your desired ride height without the permanent modification.

          Thanks Bez and Dan.

I think I will just get it fixed and buy skirts for it and drop the front to get a similar affect.

Thanks for the share of your experience!
