m/c for 62 GT

  • m/c for 62 GT

    I need a m/c for my 62 GT. I got a m/c for my 53 coupe from my local jobber over night/are they the same m/c. His book didnot list one for a 62 GT.

    47 to 60 all cars are the same and 61 to 64 Hawk also same M/C

      it's the same part, unless you have disc brakes

        You might consider getting an upgraded 'dual chamber' master cylinder from Jim Turner at www.turnerbrake.com
        This will give you a safety upgrade in the event of a brake line or wheel cylinder failure.
        It will require a new mounting bracket adapter.

          Thanks for the info everyone,I am going to get a regular m/c from my jobber tomorrow,and get in touch about the dual chamber m/c from Ted,I like the dual chamber idea,thanks again for your help.
