    Never mind. I looked up Fram on the internet and found the instructions. BTW, I was wrong The pressure side goes to the top canister connection and the bottom goes to the filler tube. That makes it handy when changing the filter becaust the canister will drain.

    Oil Filter piping

    What is the correct piping arrangement for installing an accessory oil filter? Engine is a 47 Champion.
    I am assuming the line coming from the rear oil galley tap should go in the bottom connection of the filter canister and the top connection (of the canister) should go to the tap on the oil filler tube. Is my reasoning correct?
