  • Engine: Lubricant for distributor

While I was changing everything in my distributor, first time for me to mess with this, I noticed a tube that looks like it would be for oiling the distributor. What kind should I use and how much? Any other places that get lubed that I am not aware of?

No more than 2 or 3 drops of 30 wt. motor oil in the tube, and a drop or two on the felt under the Rotor. You also can lube the centrifrical advance weights with white Lubriplate hi-temp. grease if you have it all apart.
