  • Electrical: Turn signals out on left side only??

    1962 Lark 4 door;

    Just recently lost my turn signal on ONLY the LEFT side. When I turn the signal on the small green light on the instrument panel turns a solid green but I get no flashing or pinging sound. The right side still works fine. Get a flashing green light and pinging when signaling.

    I looked around for info on where to find fuses but can't seem to locate any, or a fuse box that is supposed to be behind the instrument panel? Maybe that is not on my car? Any help would be great. Thanks.

    One of the bulbs on the left side is probably burned out, or you have a bad ground on that side. Check the bulbs and checck the sockets for rust. Any blown fuse would affect both sides.

      Yep, the solid indication is the tip-off to a bad bulb. I bet you've lost the flasher filament in that side.
