  • Spark plug removal

    How do you remove the spark plug on the left side of a Avanti R2? I loosed the shield but cant remove the plugs.

      You use a 3/8" Drive, 14 mm Spark Plug, Deep Well, inside padded, Socket, short extension and 3/8" Rachet.

      Is there something in the way of ONE? MORE? of your Left Side Plugs?

        The left side spark plugs...especially the ones under the mater cylinder and brake booster...you remove by braille. A spark plug socket with a universal joint makes it much easier. It's the fitting the new plug in blind that's the tough part.

            I use a small length of hose on the terminal end to use as a flexible handle to install, but taking them out is not that hard.
