From what I can see in the pictures, it looks like both your hood and trunk are too low. On the nose, align the hood to the cowl and then align the fenders to the hood and cowl.

I'm far from any kind of an expert. That said; the pictures look like your hood and fender brackets are out of adjustment. It's possible to adjust the front and rear alignment of both 'doors'. Time consuming, frustrating even, but possible. Your body man should be able to handle this problem with ease.

As Studegary says, first align the hood to the cowl, then the hood to the front. Only after these are right do you align the fenders to the cowl and hood.

On my 52 Commander, the bolt hole spaces are big enough to move the fenders out on each side. Mine are just temporarily on, but I did try the hood and it seems that the fenders need to be on the far edge of the bolt hole space. There are also shims that go between the fender and the frame on the front part of the fender by the radiator.

At the factory - the bodies came to be fitted to the chassis with the hoods already fitted to the cowl of the body. Once the body was bolted to the chassis, the front clip was installed and ALIGNED to the HOOD.
