How many of you in this forum have used JDP for Brake booster repair and if you did were you pleased with his service and communication?

NIce job and reasonable price. Unit looked a lot better than the unit I got back from some guy from FL that advertises in Hemmings. I would recommend him.

Here's what they look like when I get them back from Carlos in California. (allow 2-3 weeks to rebuild and ship)

Wow. I have had two rebuilds from another major vendor and they never looked that good. Plus one failed almost right out of the box and had to be replaced.

How expensive is it to fully convert my 63 GT Hawk with no power brakes and drums to all disc brakes with power ?

JDP, if I drive up to Annapolis this summer with the Hawk and left it with you, would you do the entire job ? [8D]

          Thx,
          Jerry

First, I would not bother with doing the rears, second, there is nothing wrong with the factory front. You won't stop much faster with disk, just more fade resistance. The PB booster setup would be around $375, front disks, maybe $500 more, rears, add $600. BTW, I don't do outside work, but you are welcome to do it here with N8 and I helping.

JDP thanks for your input. If I just do the Power Booster install, what tech has to be done ? My brake pedal goes down into the floor. It's not a hanging type. The brake fluid box must be accessed from underneath with the car on a lift. Can an engine installed Master cylinder fluid retainer be done ?

              Thx,
              Jerry

You fill the MC from under the carpet.
