  • ? on an oil filter

    I have a V8 that was transplanted, it's a 289. I was told this came out of a 1964 Datona. what are the oil filter Numbers?

      see my web site for the numbers... the one I remember off the top of my head is Wix 51049. that's the full flow spin on, if you have an oil filter mount down low at the passenger side rear of the block, that should work (and the engine is in fact a mid-62 or later engine.)

      to what green arrow do you refer?

        N8N, that is a fine site, thanks, My car had a PH 23 not A PH11. The green arrow is by the picture of an envelope on the form page.
