  • GT Hawk Grill Emblem

Noticed that my 63 GT Hawk upper chrome Grill has a Hawk emblem stamped into the chrome. Is there a paste on metal GT Hawk Color emblem that will overfit this. Looked thru the SI catalog and not sure what to order as part # if it exists.

Thanks for any info anyone can provide.

No such gee-haw is made that I know of, the big center grill is correct as it is. You could paint the area around the Hawk if you like, the paint could be removed later by a purist. Please don't drill any holes in the shell though. I've seen more then one perfect grill ruined by screwing on a 64 ornament.

Who put that shiny bit on the top of the hood?

Please help me out here. The chrome further back on the hood has been added, right? Not part of the original '63 hood.

I guess a dealer would have put it on, if asked to

The chrome scoop is from a early Hawk.

It may not be correct for the year, but I like the little hood scoop. Whoever added it did a nice job.
