I'm working on a 1957 transtar and ran into a question.
It is a complete rebuild and I have jsut put the heads on.
Question: if the timing marks on the cam and the crank are dot on dot, and the harmonic balancer timing is on ignition, is #1 cylinder on the power stroke?
Need some brains to pick!!
