If you've ever haunted Corvair forums, you may know the early model 'Vairs can easily accomodate '96-99 (and some say 2000 and up) Chrysler Sebring convertible seats. The neat thing about this, other than having comfy leather seats, is that they have integrated three-point belts, so there's no need to drill into your b-pillar or any such thing. I've found them as low as $150 for front and back (which also fits the Vair). Now, Corvairs have pretty flat floors, owing to their rear engines. Does anyone know if a '60 Lark four door would accomodate such a swap? Yeah, I know it's less than vintage looking, but it sure would make for a nice, safer ride. Your thoughts appreciated.
