  • Grease seal brake bearings

The grease front inner grease seal on the brake drum. Do those seals fit so tight they are hard to start? My new ones are so tight they do not seem to want to go. I just put the seals into the frezer. will this shrink them enough to start ? Any suggesrions would help.[:I]

Assuming you have the correct seals, they should fit very snug and should be installed very straight and flat. There is a tool to facilitate a straight insertion and it is used in conjunction with a hammer.
