  • '54 Champion Sedan Photos Needed

    Hi folks,

I am installing an overdrive transmission in my '54 Champion 4-door sedan, but I am not sure exactly where the overdrive relay mounts on the firewall, and exactly where the OD lockout cable comes thru the firewall.

Anyone out there have a '54 sedan that can snap a few digital pictures to help me out? They can be posted here, or can be emailed to me at r1lark@aol.com

Thanks in advance for the help!!

    Paul

On the cable thru...interior or engine side of the firewall?

I would prefer a pic from the engine side of the firewall, if possible. Thanks!

Thanks to Buddy Romines (Warner Robbins, GA) and David (SoCal54Champion), I have the info I need to mount the OD relay and install the lockout cable.

After some cleaning up of the 'new' OD tranny, and getting the flywheel surfaced, I will be ready to put this thing back together!
