Yesterday I bought a 1960 Studebaker Lark VI 2 door hardtop (26000 original miles, 1 owner car) for $150.00. I got the engine to start up and run like it was brand new, I need to know the original color for this engine. I looked at a picture online and saw one with the block green, exhaust manifold and fan silver, and air cleaner gold. I like that combonation. The car is the origanal hunter green. It has the typical Stude rust on both front fenders at the edges. Still worth the $150.00 I paid for it though!!! Any info on the engine color would be appreciated

1960lark6,
Sounds like you just got taken advantage of...I would be willing to take that overpriced lark off your hands for what you have in it![}]
Just kidding, glad to hear another lark is on its way back to its original condition! Good luck, sounds like you have a great car to deal with.
